Ivingswood Academy have a very active parents' association who hold a number of events to support  and raise money for the school.  All parents and carers of the school are automatically counted as members but we also welcome friends, family and members of the community too.

Anyone is welcome to come and join us to share any ideas you have in raising money for our children and school. The group meet every half-term, and meetings will normally take place in the afternoon or evening, at the school. Meetings are very informal. Please come and join us. We look forward to seeing you!

If you would like to help out please contact the school or one of the committee. We welcome anybody that can help out in any way... no commitment is too small! The current PTA committee for Ivingswood consists of:

Throughout the year the PTA  hold a number of events.   Please come along and support us if you can!

Some of the events we hold are:

• Summer Fayre
• Christmas Fayre
• Film Clubs
• School Disco - From Reception to Year 6
• Refreshments for parents, children and friends during sports day, pancake day, concerts and performances  and open evenings
• A BBQ for Year 6
• Cake sales
• Bric-A-Brac sales
• Ice-cream stall (summer)
• Sausage sizzle
• Chesham Carnival.....and much, much more!

As well as being very enjoyable all events raise much needed money for the school. Some of the things the PTA have funded include:

• Funding towards trips.
• Equipment / storage for Early years.
• Ricky Dance Day
• Pantomime in School
